Jennifer has recruited Accounting and Finance professionals throughout Southern California for over 12 years with a network spanning throughout the United States. Her recruiting and clients services style is compassionate, consultative and strategic. She takes a customized approach with each client and candidate with the intent to bring the best possible outcome. Jennifer is known for developing long-term relationships with candidates and the clients with whom she works.
Jennifer’s background consists of both corporate and agency recruiting, business development, training and client services. She has recruited all levels of professionals in a variety of industries including financial services, manufacturing, home building, mortgage, life sciences, consumer goods, healthcare, retail and technology.
Jennifer attended California State University, San Bernandino. She serves on the Board of Directors of Professional Women United.
