Elle MacKrell, Managing Director and Co-Founder
As a CPA and former CFO and Corporate Controller, Elle’s direct industry experience allows her to develop instant rapport with both candidates and clients. Because she’s been in the trenches, Elle offers hiring managers a unique and consultative perspective to their recruitment and resource needs. Additionally, her proven accounting, finance and financial services expertise enhances each meeting with candidates.
Prior to founding Advantage Placements, Elle was a founder and Director of Edge Resource Partners, a successful recruitment firm. Elle began her career at Deloitte & Touche where she led audit efforts, risk management and tax consulting for large clients. Elle has held executive positions as a CFO and Controller at several firms including Optimus, Telfair Museum and Haley Investments where she was responsible for operations, financial budgeting, management, analyses and information technology. Elle is recognized for increasing productivity and profitability as well as developing and implementing innovative ideas.
Elle received her undergraduate degree from the University of Georgia and has completed post-graduate work in accounting at Georgia State University. Elle has been a long standing community activist and is currently on the Board of Healthcare Businesswomen’s Association and Professional Women United.
